Terms and Conditions

Please read this agreement and the Privacy Policy before using this product. If you do not agree with these rules, please do not use the product. By using this product, you agree to follow this agreement and the Privacy Policy. You also confirm that you meet all the requirements listed below.

Product License and Service Agreement

You agree that your use of the Homaysa Games website, application, game, account, product, service, or related content is ruled by this agreement. This includes updates, new content, and service content. We will call all of these the "Product" or "Products".

All rights not clearly given to you belong to Homaysa Games and our partners.

Consent to Monitor

Communications made using our game are not private. Homaysa Games may monitor or record your chat and voice chat when you use the product. You give us your final consent to do this. You have no right to privacy regarding any chat or voice messages. Because other players can hear or read your messages, you should never share personal information.

Homaysa Games can also share your Internet Protocol address, personal information, and chat logs if we need to.

Termination

This license lasts until you or Homaysa Games ends it. Your rights will end automatically and without notice if you break any rules in this agreement. If the license ends, you must stop using the product and delete all copies of it.

Homaysa Games can end this agreement at any time, with or without telling you first.

Risk of Loss

You take all the risk if a download fails or if you lose the product because of a file error or a computer crash.

Some products might only be available for a short time. Homaysa Games is not responsible if a product becomes unavailable for download or use for any reason.

Availability

Homaysa Games does not promise that the product will always be available. We can change and update the product without telling you. We do not promise that online features will stay available forever. We can change or stop online features at any time without notice. For example, we might close an online service if not enough people use it.

Products might not be available in all languages or in all countries. Homaysa Games can change, pause, or remove access to any product at any time without notice. We are not responsible if you lose access.

Ownership

Homaysa Games owns all rights to the product. This includes the code, themes, characters, names, stories, art, sounds, music, audio visual effects, and related documents. The product is licensed to you to use. It is not sold to you. You do not own the product.

You agree that you have no ownership or property rights in the product or any virtual goods. All rights belong to Homaysa Games. You cannot copy or use the product materials in any way except as allowed by this license.

Payment

You agree to pay all fees and taxes when you or anyone else uses the product from your device.

You can pay for things using the methods we offer. You agree to the rules for the payment method you choose. Payment methods might change depending on the device you use.

When you buy something, you promise that you have permission to use that payment method and that your information is true. You allow the billing company to take the payment from you.

Changes to the Agreement

Homaysa Games can change or add to these rules at any time. We might tell you by email, a website post, an update, or a popup screen in the game. If you keep using the product after we change the rules, it means you accept the new rules. Sometimes, we might ask you to click a button to accept the updates. If you do not accept, you might not be able to play the game anymore. If you paid for the game and do not accept the new rules, please contact the platform where you bought it for a refund.

Service Provided Content

This includes things like unlockable content, virtual items, codes, and achievements. Even though you might buy or earn this content, you do not own it. It has no real money value. It is only licensed to you.

Homaysa Games does not allow you to transfer accounts or content. You cannot buy, sell, lend, rent, gift, or trade any account or content. If you try to do this, it will not work. When your account ends, you lose all access to this content.

Parents and Guardians

You are responsible for everything your child does on your account, even if you did not give them permission. Homaysa Games can suspend or delete any account if rules are broken.

Account Suspension and Termination

Homaysa Games can suspend, change, or delete any account at any time for any reason. We do not have to give you notice. Usually, we delete accounts when people break this agreement.

Registration

If you need to register to play, you must give true and accurate information. You cannot pretend to be someone else. You might need to confirm your email address later to keep playing. You must update your information if it changes. If you do not provide this information, you might not be able to play the game.

Access and Costs

You must pay for your own computer, internet connection, and equipment. Homaysa Games does not promise that the game will work on every computer, headset, or internet connection. You are responsible for any third party costs you get while playing the game.

Eligibility

To use this product, you must be at least 18 years old.

Rights and Protection

You cannot copy, distribute, broadcast, or sell the game. You cannot take the code apart or try to see how it is built.

If you send Homaysa Games feedback or ideas about the game, we can use them to improve our products. You give Homaysa Games the permanent, royalty free, non exclusive, and sub licensable right to use, copy, edit, and publish your feedback. We do not have to pay you or reply to you. You give up any copyrights to your feedback.

You must protect Homaysa Games and pay our legal costs if a third party sues us because of something you did in the game or because you broke these rules.

Prohibition on AI and LLM Training

1. Protected Assets All content inside the game is protected property. This includes:

• Visual assets like art, models, and menus.

• Audio assets like music and sound effects.

• Text assets like stories and documents.

• Code and game mechanics. These belong only to Homaysa Games.

2. No Unauthorized Use You are strictly forbidden from:

• Using, copying, or extracting game assets to train artificial intelligence, machine learning, or large language models.

• Helping other people or companies do this. This rule applies to everyone, whether it is for business or personal use.

3. Scope of Rules This rule covers:

• Direct use, like feeding art into an AI system.

• Indirect use, like making new data sets from our game.

• Automated data collecting, like using bots to scrape information.

4. Limited License for Personal Use If you follow all rules, you get a limited, non transferable license to:

• Play the game for fun.

• Create non commercial fan content, like videos or fan art. But you must credit Homaysa Games, you must not steal the core property, and you must not allow AI training on your fan content.

5. Breaking the Rules If you break these rules, you are stealing our property. Homaysa Games can:

• Take legal action against you.

• Make you pay for our legal fees.

• Ban you from the game.
