When we refer to “Homaysa” (or any similar terms like “we” or “us”) in this privacy policy, we mean the owners of Homaysa game/app.

Epic Services

Homaysa uses Epic Services, the one responsible for that is  Epic Games, Inc. and its subsidiaries that help provide and support the Epic Services. Game Analytics

Homaysa also uses Game Analytics, the one responsible for that is  Game Analytics and its subsidiaries. You can find details about the data they collect, how they use and with whom they share it with , on their website https://www.gameanalytics.com/trust .

User Provided Information

Homaysa Application/Game obtains the information you provide when you download, play, interact or/and register in Homaysa. Registration with us is mandatory. Please keep in mind that you may not be able to use some, if not all of the features offered by the Homaysa application/game unless you register with us.

When you play or register with us and use Homaysa, you generally provide (a) your name, email address, age, user name, password and other registration information; (b) transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases, respond to any offers, or download or use applications from us; (c) information you provide us when you contact us for help; (d) credit card information for purchase and use of Homaysa, and; (e) information you enter into our system when using Homaysa, such as contact information and project management information.

We may also use the information you provided us to contact your from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

REGISTRATION

If Homaysa requires you to provide registration information, all such requirements to provide information are subject to both this Agreement and the Homaysa Terms Of Use which are incorporated by reference herein, together with any other Third Party Terms. You have the option of providing such information or not. However, should you choose not provide the information, your access to Homaysa may be limited or non-available. If you do decide to provide us with the requested information, you represent and warrant that you will provide only true, current and accurate information. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity. From time to time, you may be asked to confirm your registration information (such as your email address) to continue using Homaysa; if you choose not to do so, your access to Homaysa may be restricted or terminated. You agree to update your registration data to keep it current and accurate within a reasonable time after any change to that data.

Information We Collect Automatically

We may also collect information automatically when you install, access, use and play Homaysa like:

• Usage information and statistics about how you interact with the Homaysa, including the level you used or played, how long you used or played it and when, gameplay attempts, progression and results, saved preferences, crash reports, the URLs of our websites that you have visited, URLs of referring and exiting pages, page views, time spent on a page, number of clicks, and platform type

• Technical information about your computer, device, hardware, or software you use to access our services, such as IP address, device identifiers, your internet service provider, plugins, or other transactional or identifier information for your device (such as device make and model, information about device operating systems and browsers, or other device or system-related specifications). 

We also may collect data regarding:

• Your location

• Game play

• Application Usage

• Purchases

• Entitlements

• Other activities

• Your device specs and data

• Time you spent using or/and playing the game

• How you are playing the game

• Log info

• Game objects you interact with

• Other players data you interact with and how you interact with them

Fraud Prevention & Anti-Cheat

Providing users with a fair, balanced, and competitive experience on Homaysa is extremely important to us. We strictly enforce prohibitions against cheating, hacking, account stealing, and any other unauthorized or fraudulent activity on Homaysa. We may use a variety of anti-cheat and fraud prevention technologies to help us identify and prevent malicious activity. These services may collect and analyze data about your computer and the software on your computer to detect cheating and may be provided by Epic or by service providers such as BattlEye.

HOW DO WE USE INFORMATION?

As a general matter, we use the information we collect (either individually or in combination with other information collected as described in this policy) to help us provide, improve, customize, analyze, and promote Homaysa.

This includes using it for purposes such as:

• Creating, verifying, and managing user accounts and features;

• Providing Homaysa experience, as well as support and assistance for them, including by responding to inquiries, processing transactions or requests, and communicating with users (such as by sending service and account-related messages and updates);

• Developing, delivering, and improving Homaysa and other offerings, some of which may be offered in partnership with other parties;

• Personalizing your experience, including by presenting content or features better tailored to you or your interests, or our inferences about your interests (for instance, if you frequently play games in a certain genre, we may infer that you’d be interested in that genre and suggest similar games to you);

• Promoting Homaysa, including managing, customizing, and measuring the effectiveness of our advertisements, promotional offers, surveys, and events;

• Managing alpha, beta, or early access tests (and collecting feedback);

• Conducting data analytics (like analyzing how Homaysa is used so we can better understand, improve, and personalize it);

• Complying with our legal or contractual obligations and enforcing our terms; and

• Securing Homaysa, such as by detecting fraud and otherwise protecting Homaysa and other users from illegal or harmful actions.

We may also process information that does not identify you individually, including aggregate or de-identified information that we create or collect from other sources. This information helps us better understand larger groups of users. If we combine this information with information that identifies you, we will treat it as described in this privacy policy. But please note that this privacy policy does not restrict our ability to process information that does not individually identify you, and we may use and disclose aggregated or de-identified information for any reason permitted by law.

HOW DO WE SHARE INFORMATION?

We may share some of the information we collect to help operate and improve Homaysa. Depending on how you interact with us, common examples might include sharing:

• With console and platform partners (for example, to facilitate gameplay when you access Homaysa through a third-party console provider);

• With other users (like if you use social features such as chat);

• Publicly (for example, your display name, content you create or share, basic game statistics, and other similar information may be generally accessible to others);

• With service providers that operate on our behalf to help support Homayssa in accordance with our instructions (for example, cloud storage providers, payment processors, or marketing and advertising partners);

• When we believe we must in order to comply with the law or to protect you, Homaysa, or others (for example, in response to court order or subpoena, as part of an investigation of fraud or other illegal activity, or violation of our terms or policies, or if necessary to protect others from death or serious harm to body or property);

• In connection with certain types of corporate transactions (like in the event of a restructuring or the sale of all or a significant part of our business); and

• With your permission (for example, if you link external accounts with your Homaysa or Epic account, or use your Homaysa  account to sign in to third-party services or participate in cross-promotional events).

• We may also share information that does not identify you with third parties, including aggregate or de-identified information.

No mobile phone numbers provided to Homaysa for security purposes will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Third parties you interact with through Homaysa or/and Epic Services may have different privacy practices than  Homaysa or/and Epic, so we encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing your information with them.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling Homaysa. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network or through Steam or through Epic launcher or control panel in Windows or whatever option in you operating system.

Data Transfers

When you use the Epic Services, your information may be transferred to or stored in the United States or other countries where we or Epic Services service providers operate. The data protection laws and rules in these countries may be different than those where you live. If permissible under local law, you’re authorizing Homaysa and/or Epic to process your information in any of the locations where Homaysa, Epic or Epic Services operate (including the United States) by using Homaysa and/or the Epic Services.

Accessing My Personal Data

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Please be aware that, although we endeavour to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason.

By using the Homaysa Application/Game, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this privacy policy now and as amended by us. "Processing,” means using cookies and pulling and saving data on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in wherever and however our team chooses to.
